Frankfurt/Main gets new skyscraper

2012-03-15: Within the new district "Gateway Gardens", located near Frankfurt Airport, the construction works for the tallest building called "Alpha Rotex" have just began. Due to its location directly in the entry lane of the Airport the tower heights of all cranes must be adhered strictly. WILBERT achieved that by custom-made tower elements. A WT 300 e.tronic with 65m jib was erected by night and afterwards acted as assembly crane for an other WT 200 e.tronic and WT 180. All three cranes will be climbed up to their final height in August and September. To be able to only use one climbing frame, all cranes were equipped with 2.0m tower connections .

WILBERT and Sarens establish Joint Venture

2012-03-01: WILBERT and the Belgian company Sarens NV announce their partnership: The Joint Venture which is called WSV stands for "WILBERT Sarens Vermietung" (German for renting) and will be profitable for both companies. The company owns amongst others 9 WT 2405L e.tronic which will be employed in mutual projects. First projects are running, others are currently planned. The companys initially mutually take part at "PowerGen" exhibition in Cologne from 12th-14th June 2012. Visit us on booth 7G121.
