Frankfurt/Main gets new skyscraper
2012-03-15: Within the new district "Gateway Gardens", located near Frankfurt Airport, the construction works for the tallest building called "Alpha Rotex" have just began. Due to its location directly in the entry lane of the Airport the tower heights of all cranes must be adhered strictly. WILBERT achieved that by custom-made tower elements. A WT 300 e.tronic with 65m jib was erected by night and afterwards acted as assembly crane for an other WT 200 e.tronic and WT 180. All three cranes will be climbed up to their final height in August and September. To be able to only use one climbing frame, all cranes were equipped with 2.0m tower connections .WILBERT and Sarens establish Joint Venture
2012-03-01: WILBERT and the Belgian company Sarens NV announce their partnership: The Joint Venture which is called WSV stands for "WILBERT Sarens Vermietung" (German for renting) and will be profitable for both companies. The company owns amongst others 9 WT 2405L e.tronic which will be employed in mutual projects. First projects are running, others are currently planned. The companys initially mutually take part at "PowerGen" exhibition in Cologne from 12th-14th June 2012. Visit us on booth 7G121.

Naturally, we construct our regular WILBERT tower crane series to meet the needs of the construction industry as precisely as possible. But we can do even better than that. Our
development team can design custom solutions individually tailored to your project.
Production.
Welding together what belongs together.
We have been tested and approved by no lesser than the Schweißtechnische Lehr- und Versuchsanstalt (SLV - Welding Training and Research Institute) Mannheim according to DIN
18.800-7 Class E. This means that WILBERT is officially authorised to weld dynamic crane components. As the highest safety standards are our utmost priority, we also work together
with two external inspection companies. They conduct regular inspections. Safety is assured. Guaranteed.
Powder coating.
It's not paint, so it can't peel off or crack.
We at WILBERT want to make sure that your crane looks good for a long time. That's why we use powder coating rather than liquid paint. And there are many good reasons for doing so.
Powder coating produces an extremely durable, superior impact-resistant finish, which is highly resistant to UV and seawater corrosion. It is also more environmentally friendly. In
contrast to liquid paint, powder coating does not contain any solvents or heavy metal contaminants. Powder coated parts have a totally even finish and there are no drips or runs. And
because we are so convinced of the excellent quality of powder coating, we have made it a standard feature. Since we are the only ones to do this, it's something else that makes us
unique.

We build the WILBERT tower crane series. And we sell them, too, of course. Along with all the relevant components. So if you are looking for a top-slewing tower crane with all the
features, we can offer trolley jib and luffing jib cranes in the 150 metre tonne to 2,405 metre tonne classes. And they can really move things. Just like our used cranes. If you
like, we can get hold of any regular type of crane, even at short notice - and if necessary, we'll do so from abroad. We will then give your "new" used crane a thorough
overhaul - so thorough, we can confidently give you a guarantee.
Rental.
Temporary companions.
Hiring out cranes is our passion. We not only supply cranes but also the flexibility and considerable know-how gained from years of experience. Our fleet of cranes for hire boasts
approx. 200 top-slewing tower cranes and thus numbers among the largest in Germany. You'll find both WILBERT tower cranes and Wolff cranes in our fleet. And, of course, all that goes
with them.
